Pat Madigan works with Lesic & Camper through her business, Madigan Ink. She provides writing, media relations and strategic communications services for public affairs endeavors such as Ohio’s Campaign for Jobs.
In her own business, she provides strategic counsel, marketing materials, speechwriting and online content for a diverse group of clients, currently including PowerBar, Dun and Bradstreet, Torani, and brand marketing firm OIC. She founded Madigan Ink in 2008.
Pat’s experience includes more than 25 years of public affairs and governmental communications experience. She served as deputy press secretary to Governor George V. Voinovich, and as communications director for Secretary of State Bob Taft.
As deputy director for communications at the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, Pat worked to create the Clean Ohio Fund, for which funding has twice been approved by Ohio voters. She also helped build a successful collaboration of governments, businesses and environmental advocacy groups that developed the first-ever consensus restoration strategy for the Great Lakes. She has additional experience as communications manager at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the Ohio Credit Union League.
Pat currently serves in a public advisory capacity for the International Joint Commission, which coordinates U.S. and Canadian interests in the Great Lakes. She holds a Ph.D. in English from the Ohio State University, and is an adjunct faculty member in the English department at Columbus State Community College.
