Meagan Meyer
Account Executive
Meagan Meyer joined Lesic & Camper’s Cleveland office in October 2007. In her role as Account Executive, Meyer focuses on communications planning, media relations, event planning, research, writing assignments and community relations for a variety of clients.
Prior to joining Lesic & Camper, Meyer served as Marketing and Communications Specialist and Assistant Public Information Officer for the City of Cleveland Department of Public Health (CDPH) where she was responsible for marketing and communications for multiple CDPH programs including emergency preparedness, nursing and mental health and substance abuse. She coordinated with the Mayor’s press office on public relations initiatives, conducted emergency communications trainings for CDPH supervisory staff, managed multi-media advertising campaigns and participated in federally funded bioterrorism grant assessments with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Meyer also led internal communication and departmental fundraising initiatives.
Beyond her work with the City of Cleveland, Meyer worked as a public relations intern in the Corporate and Financial Issues division of Fleishman-Hillard, Inc. at their St. Louis headquarters. She also had experience as a marketing associate with St. Louis-based Quality Medical Publishing and as a communications assistant for the St. Louis Art Museum.
Born and raised in the Greater Cleveland area, Meyer has a passion for Cleveland and is active in the community. She’s a member of the Associate Board for the Free Medical Clinic of Greater Cleveland, the Press Club of Cleveland, the Association of Public Information Officers (APIO) and City Club New Leaders.
Meyer holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University with majors in Marketing and Organizational Leadership.
